Why Do I Need to Color Code Tags?

By adding color, it will be even easier for you to differentiate between groups of records. As you start using colored tags, you and your users will be able to find the records they need with just a glance. The color coded tags will appear in all views – record detail pages, list view, Kanban view and canvas.
How Do I Color My Zoho CRM Tags?
For any existing tags, they will not be colored until you code them. The best way to review your tags and add the colors you want is to go into the Manage Tags section of each module. From there you see that a Tag Color column has been added to the Tag list. Using the dropdown, you can choose which color you want.
If you are creating a tag from scratch, Zoho will automatically assign a color. If you want a different color, just click the dropdown arrow next to the color and choose the one you want.
