Have you wondered what Zoho CRM Sales Signals are? They provide a central location for all of your interactions with your leads, contacts or deals. They provide notifications from all of your different communication channels – including emails, website visits, etc.
What are Zoho CRM Sales Signals?
Zoho CRM SalesSignals is essentially a repository of all touches with your leads and contacts across all of the channels you have integrated into Zoho CRM. This includes emails, telephony, website visits, social media, survey responses, service tickets and more. In addition, this will include all extensions you have installed through the Zoho Market place.
SalesSignals can be accessed by the bell icon in the top right corner.
What Do I Do With Zoho CRM Sales Signals?
Zoho makes it very convenient to not only see the various interactions via Sales Signals but you can also respond directly from those notifications without having to go to a record or open another application. You will see the information from that lead or contact’s records as well.
As you can see, you can then add a new Task, Meeting or Call to follow up on the notification.
How Do I Set Up Zoho CRM Sales Signals?
To access Sale Signals, you will need to go to settings, Channels and select Sales Signals.
Once this is open, you will be able to select which channels you want to enable SalesSignals for. As a reminder, the options will only be with integrated apps. You will also be able to customize the type of notifications for each channel.
