Did you know that keyboard shortcuts can work within Pipedrive? As a Windows user, I am frequently using the ctrl+n shortcut to create a new note in OneNote. Imagine my surprise when I had Pipedrive open and used the same shortcut, only to find a hidden function within Pipedrive!
This one is straightforward–when you have Pipedrive open in your browser window, try pressing ctrl+n or (cmd+n for Mac users), and a new note should pop up.
