How Have Zoho CRM Data Sharing Rules Been Updated?
In the past, individual records could only be shared with 10 users under private sharing. Zoho has now expanding the rules for sharing individual records by allowing records to be shared with roles and groups.
Under the new rules the record sharing limits are as follows:
- 10 users
- 5 roles
- 5 groups
As a result of this change, records can be shared with many more users.
