Don’t forget this handy tab.  The information contained here is automatically populated by the GoldMine Calendar.  This is a great place to see a quick overview of what has been done with a contact and when.  These fields can be used in dashboard, reports, and other tabs.

Comments – This is one of only three fields on the Summary tab that may be manually entered.  If notes need to be maintained, use the Notes tab or a custom field.

Prev Results – Displays the Reference information for the last action recorded on the record’s History Tab.  This is one of only three fields on the Summary tab that may be manually entered, but it will be automatically updated in conjunction with completed activities.

Next Step – Displays the Reference information for the next scheduled activity on the record’s Pending tab.  This is one of only three fields on the Summary tab that may be manually entered, but it will be automatically updated in conjunction with scheduled activities.

Next Action – Displays the date of the next scheduled Next Action.

Call Back – Displays the date of the next scheduled Call.

Appointment – Displays the date of the next scheduled Appointment.

Forecast – Displays the date of the next scheduled Forecasted Sale.

Last Contact – Displays the date of the last successful contact made with the client.  Successful completions of calls, appointments, etc. will trigger this field to be updated.

Last Attempt – Displays the date of the last unsuccessful contact made with the client.  Unsuccessful completions of calls, appointments, etc. will trigger this field to be updated.

Last Update – Displays the date the record was last updated as well as the GoldMine username of the user who made the update.

Creation – Displays the date the record was created and the GoldMine username of the user who created it.
