Enhancements to the Zoho CRM Home Page

By December 20, 2021One Comment

The Zoho CRM home page is the first place your users go when they sign into Zoho CRM.  This screen should provide them with all of the most important information and help guide them on where what they should do next.  Zoho has recently made some enhancements to this page – read on to learn more!

What Are the Changes To The Zoho CRM Home Page?

In the past, the default home page only included three components – My Open Tasks, Today’s Leads and My Meetings.

Zoho has now created a more comprehensive default home page that includes a lot more information:

  1. KPIs – My Open Deals, My Leads, My Untouched Deals and My Today’s Calls
  2. Custom views – My Deals Closing this Month, My Open Tasks, Today’s Leads and My Meetings
  3. Funnel – My Pipeline Deals by Stage

Currently Zoho is making this new home page available to new users going forward to ensure that existing customized home pages are not disturbed.

Like before, you will still have the ability to delete the components you do not want and add others that may be more relevant.  To do this, go to the “…” next to your user name in the top right corner and select Add Component.  For more on how to customize your home page, please read our previous blog.
