Why Should I Use Zoho CRM SalesInbox?

Did you know that you can manage your email inbox while you are working in Zoho CRM?  As long as your email is set up with IMAP, take advantage of the Zoho CRM SalesInbox and streamline the number of tabs you are working in and keeps you more in sync with your CRM data.

What is Zoho CRM SalesInbox?

The Salesinbox is an email tool that integrates your email and CRM information in a way that will help you better prioritize which emails you see first.  It divides your email into columns based on CRM data like Deals or Contacts/Leads as well as emails from contacts that are not in your CRM.

As a result, you can easily find and action the emails related to important deals before getting to your other emails.

What Are Some of the Features of SalesInbox?

While SalesInbox has a lot of features, some are more obviously useful than others.

  1. Access information on the contact/lead or create a new contact/lead directly while viewing the email.  This lets you access all the relevant information you need to respond.
  2. Add notes or activities to records at the time you are sending the email so you don’t have to take extra steps to set up follow ups or reminders.
  3. Get email insights which allows you to track email responses (ie Clicked, Bounced or Opened) or see if certain email templates are more successful
