If you’re unable to run Flows and background or real-time workflows from the new unified interface, fear not! The fix is simple. You’ll need to update a setting in the Dynamics admin center.
Go to admin.powerplatform.com, then select “Environments”, then “Settings”:
Search for “Behavior”, then select “Basic Behavior”:
On the page that opens, enable the option to “Show Power Automate on forms…”. This will enable a “Flow” button in the menus and allows you to run both Flows and workflows in Dynamics:
