Free Training: Designing Effective Reports
The purpose of this session is to teach users how to create, modify and delivery effective reports from their HEAT and Help Desk systems. Although this session will use HEAT’s database as our example, the training will also apply to Crystal Reports users.
In this three hour session, participants will be trained step-by-step how to:
- Identify key data through a detailed review of HEAT’s database design and schema;
- Customize existing Answer Wizard Reports;
- Create new Reports using Crystal Reports;
- Identify methods for delivering Crystal Reports automatically to recipients;
- Configure HEAT’s Manager’s Console for reporting;
Documentation will be provided. This class is for both beginners and administrators.
