| Consult and advise on the technical specifications for the multi-user computer system platform that will be required for a business systematization solution and prepare prices and transition plan for installation of the platform. |
| Supervise the setup, installation and support arrangements of hardware, peripherals, software, wiring, etc. comprising the system platform. |
| Install the financial management software on your network server and configure; |
| Install the financial management software on each workstation and configure for proper access and security; |
| Install MSOffice on each workstation and integrate with the financial management software; |
| Provide all necessary training; |
| Supervise the work of programmers who will be making customizations to the system; |
| Supervise the work of programmers who will be converting data from a present system to import into the data tables comprising the financial management. |
| Meet with your outside accountants and supervise the entering of all opening general and subsidiary ledger balances; |
| Design and develop, workflow procedures to accomplish accurate data preparation and data entry to be entered into the computer |
| Meet as necessary to assist in defining improvements to their business systems and then preparing our recommendations for improving them together with our proposal for implementing our recommendations; |
| Provide technically qualified people to accomplish mutually agreed upon work for getting more results from applications software programs previously installed as part of prior systematization projects. |
| Provide assistance by telephone for answering other specific questions about application software programs installed by us or directing the caller to the application software developer's technical support center, bulletin board or web site; |
| Establish the existence of a possible problem with either the System Platform (e.g. computer, printer, etc.) or the application software and directing the caller to the appropriate party for solving the possible problem. |
| Deliver, by mail or telephone, notification about upgrades to application software programs we've installed and in which may be of interest. |
| Deliver to the appropriate parties for remedial action, (a) documented unexplained errors recorded in he computer's files, (b) reproducible malfunctions in the operation of application software programs and (c) other specifically identified problems which are clearly not computer hardware malfunctions which the client communicates to us. |
