The software is quick to install and works immediately. Once running you’ll no longer have to switch between applications to discover critical contact and invoice and billing information. And best of all, the application is completely customizable in case you’d like to expand its capabilities. We’re always available to help you do this.
GQ Connect allows you to:
- One-click creation of a new customer or vendor in QuickBooks directly from GoldMine.
- Duplicate check of existing customer or vendor before creation.
- View invoice and billing history in real time from QuickBooks.

How Much Does It Cost?
- GQ Connect is $99 per workstation or $299 for the server version (unlimited machines). The server version requires Windows Terminal Server configured for access. This price includes one year of telephone support from The Marks Group. It also includes source code when requested and full licensing for QODBC driver software.
- GQ Connect comes with a 10 day free trial period.
- GQ Connect can be fully customized and expanded for your needs. The Marks Group can assist you in building these features if you desire.
GoldMine users can:
Add new customers and vendors to QuickBooks right from the GoldMine toolbar with one click.
See a realtime listing of the contact’s invoice or billing history.
Based on field matching between Goldmine and QuickBooks, you’ll be
able to perform these simple tasks. And because all features have been
built into GoldMine you can customize them (or we can help).

- GQ Connect is designed to work within GoldMine Premium and Quickbooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise versions 2006 and later.
- All recommended requirements of both GoldMine Premium and QuickBooks must be satisfied at both the workstation and server level.
