Bring your Own Software
With TMG Hosting your application software is still licensed and owned by you. You are able to maintain a direct channel to us and still have the advantage of our software support. Data Storage and Backup
Each evening, a backup of your servers is copied to our SAN (Storage Area Network) along with tape backup. Daily tapes are archived for seven days, weekly backups (Saturday) are archived for one month, monthly backups are archived for three months, quarterly backups are archived for one year, and annual backups are archived for seven years. All backup tapes are removed daily from the data center. We can arrange for backup data to be sent to you or to popular online backup services like Mozy and Carbonite.

Our TMG hosting services provides 24x7 telephone support and a service level agreement (SLA) that includes a money-back guarantee against unplanned downtime. Our technical support help desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm EST. After hours, weekend and holiday support calls are answered by an on-call technician.
